Hello, our manager said you called her back. The $13.86 outstanding is for
3/16 to 4/15. Our system will require this payment by 4/20. If you'll be
paying in person only, you'll probably want to make at least 2 payments, for
3/16-4/15 & 4/15-5/15. Our system looks for a payment at the beginning of
 each period. Thanks.

        April 26, 2000

The IPR-science bulletin board was created on November 6 1992.
We established the list to encourage exchange of information and debate on
intellectual property in science, especially as a reflection of the growing
 commercialisation of academic research science.

We have recently received a grant award from the ESRC to explore patenting
activity in pharmaceutical and biotech (agricultural and medical) sectors in
both academic and commercial contexts. We are especially interested in the ways
in which research scientists determine novelty, the non-obviousness (ie
inventive step) and scope of potentially exploitable findings and how they
interact with patent lawyers, industrial liaison officers adn other interested
 parties concerned with IPRs.

All queries relating to this particular list should be sent to
 ipr-science-request@mailbase.ac.uk
